Hemangiomas of the head and neck are benign tumours that have their origin from blood vessels. classified as capillary, cavernous , sclerosing central type. The nature this tumour is progressively slow growing, including involvement greater portions superficial deep vessels, functions maybe affected, depending on location. common in rare occurrence oral cavity. Lips, buccal mucosa tongue sites, hemangiomas occur rarely palate. This a case unusual location capillary hemangioma palate middle aged man diagnosed by histopathology after surgical excision.
